About The Position

NorthStar is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team at Mercy Fairfield. This role is part of a team of 7 general anesthesiologists where call and workload are split equitably. The position offers increased compensation with a $675k base salary and 12 weeks of PTO. A $75K sign-on bonus is available with a 3-year commitment. Call is taken from home with a post-call day off. Cases include Cardiac, general, ENT, Podiatry, Ortho, Urology, and more. There is a mix of supervision involved. A strong local support system of anesthesiologists at other Mercy sites provides ample opportunities for internal moonlighting/additional income.

Requirements

Cardiac Anesthesiologist expertise.
Ability to work within a team of 7 general anesthesiologists.
Willingness to take call from home.
Ability to handle a mix of supervision.
Commitment of 3 years for sign-on bonus.
