Mercy Fairfield - Full-Time Cardiac Anesthesiologist
About The Position
NorthStar is looking for a Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team at Mercy Fairfield. This role is part of a team of 7 general anesthesiologists where call and workload are split equitably. The position offers increased compensation with a $675k base and 12 weeks of PTO. A $75K sign-on bonus is available with a 3-year commitment. Call is taken from home with a post-call day off. Cases include Cardiac, general, ENT, Podiatry, Ortho, Urology, and more, with a mix of supervision. There is a strong local support system of anesthesiologists at other Mercy sites with ample opportunities for internal moonlighting/additional income.
Requirements
- Cardiac Anesthesiologist
- Must be part of a team of 7 general anesthesiologists

- Must be able to provide anesthesia for Cardiac, general, ENT, Podiatry, Ortho, Urology, and more
- Must be able to provide a mix of supervision
