The Card Specialist role is responsible for assisting members with their card accounts, including dispute resolution, issuing, blocking, or renewal of credit cards, ATM cards, and Debit cards. This role involves providing information and direction regarding account status, requests, payments, and member rights and obligations. The specialist will also prepare and investigate fraud and dispute files, process card applications and upgrades, and monitor dispute cases for emerging fraud trends. Additionally, the role requires preparing and balancing related reports and accounts, and performing other assigned job-related duties.
