About The Position
One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Card Fraud Staff Support located in Fort Worth, Tx. This role involves data entry of disputed transactions into the Core System and/or Visa software, along with other general clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong keyboarding skills, a keen attention to detail, and experience with Microsoft Outlook. Critical thinking abilities are essential to identify and question potential issues within the processed information. Effective verbal and written communication in English is also required.
Requirements
- Keyboarding speed of at least 45 wpm with strong accuracy
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to apply critical thinking to the information being processed in order to catch and question potential issues
- Ability to effectively communicate (verbal, written) in English
