About The Position

The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for successfully recruiting and onboarding new employees, training and coaching staff, scheduling employee shifts while adhering to overtime policies, and managing employee engagement, performance, and recognition. This role also focuses on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability by managing operating P&L metrics and understanding their impact on business margins and pricing. The manager ensures customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and incidents promptly, and maintains site compliance with all approved safety and vehicle damage claim procedures. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening
Experience with team building
Excellent sales and customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
Proficient computer skills
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role
An unexpired Driver’s License is required
A motor vehicle record check “MVR” will be run on the successful candidate post-offer

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred
Supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities
