About The Position

Balise is hiring a Car Wash Site Manager to manage the daily operations of its express car wash and Detail Center profit centers in Springfield, Massachusetts. The manager will oversee customer satisfaction, employee recruiting and training, car wash quality, vehicle flow and production, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance. The role works closely with the Detail Center Manager to support customer satisfaction across the facility. The manager must be available for potential opening and/or closing shifts and may be required to travel up to 10%.

Requirements

One to three years of management experience, preferably at a car wash center.
Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Detail-oriented.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Current valid driver’s license and an insurability rating are required.
Must be able to stand for long periods.
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
May incidentally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or exert force up to 25 pounds.
May require up to 10% travel.

Schedule preventative maintenance for car wash equipment.
Follow safety compliance regulations and promote safe behavior among employees.
Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction across the facility.
Be available for potential opening and/or closing shifts.
