About The Position

The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a tunnel car wash, focusing on sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role involves leading and developing a team, managing financial metrics, and ensuring adherence to safety and operational procedures. The position requires strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, with a minimum of three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a management or supervisory role.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
Strong leadership and communication skills including active listening.
Experience with team building.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Ability to anticipate customer needs.
Proficient computer skills.
Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
An unexpired Driver’s License is required.
Motor vehicle record check “MVR” will be run on the successful candidate post-offer.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.
Supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, and schedule employee shifts while adhering to overtime policies.
Manage employee engagement, performance management, and recognition activities.
Grow sales volume and increase site profitability.
Manage operating P&L metrics and understand the impact of expenditures and costs on business margins and pricing.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures.
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
