About The Position

The Car Wash Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a tunnel car wash, focusing on sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team management. This role requires strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills, along with the ability to manage P&L metrics and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
An unexpired Driver’s License is required.
Ability to perform job safely without endangering self or others.
Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
Must be capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.
Three+ years of retail experience, with at least one year in a management role.
Supervisory or assistant manager experience from a Big Box environment or auto industry, car wash or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Successfully recruit and onboard new employees, train and coach staff, and schedule employee shifts while adhering to overtime policies.
Perform activities related to employee engagement, performance management, and recognition.
Maintain a focus on growing sales volume and increasing site profitability.
Manage operating P&L metrics and understand how expenditures/costs impact business margins and pricing.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
Ensure the site follows all approved safety procedures.
Ensure the site follows all approved vehicle damage claim procedures.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
