About The Position

Balise is looking for a Car Wash Site Manager to run the daily operations of the car wash. This role involves managing profit centers, ensuring customer satisfaction, recruiting and training staff, implementing quality standards, overseeing vehicle flow, performing equipment maintenance, and promoting safety. The manager will also collaborate with the Detail Center Manager to ensure overall customer satisfaction. Availability for opening and/or closing shifts is required.

Requirements

1-3 years Management Experience – preferably at a Car Wash Center.
Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Detail Orientated.
Must be 18 or older.
A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.

Nice To Haves

Complete minor repairs – to be discussed further upon interview.

Responsibilities

Managing profit centers: express Car Wash & Detail Center.
Establish total customer satisfaction; resolving all customers concerns.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new car wash employees according to Balise Car wash expectations.
Implement car wash quality standards.
Manager overall vehicle flow and production in express car wash operation.
Perform schedule preventative maintenance for the car wash equipment.
Follow all compliance safety regulations, promoting safe behaviors to all employees.
Work closely with the Detail Center Manager to ensure customer satisfaction for all customers of the facility.
Must be available for potential open and/or closing shifts.
