About The Position

ModWash is seeking a Car Wash Sales Attendant to help deliver a legendary car wash experience and help customers keep their vehicles clean year-round. Guest Experience Members support daily operations at a ModWash location, work as a team to provide outstanding guest experiences, and drive membership sales to grow the ModWash brand. The role is based at the St Petersburg 1 34th St location in St Petersburg, Florida. Compensation is listed as $15.00 base plus commission per month, with no travel.

Requirements

• Strong guest service skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Ability to stand for extended periods or the entire work shift.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and step to perform job duties.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, pull, and move up to 25 pounds.
• Alertness and ability to maneuver around moving vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain and in confined spaces, and see clearly and respond to dangerous situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with an outstanding experience while reinforcing company standards.
• Support the daily operations of a ModWash location.
• Present and explain ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited memberships.
• Safely guide guests through the ModWash tunnel.
• Engage with guests before and after their wash to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep facilities clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties assigned by the leadership team.
