About The Position
Golden Nozzle Car Wash, part of the Nouria family, is expanding and seeking motivated individuals for their Manager in Training program. This program is designed to prepare trainees for store management roles by developing skills in people management, operations management, and customer complaint resolution. The company emphasizes hiring quality people and providing a positive work environment where employees can grow their skills and advance their careers. The role involves assisting the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management.
Requirements

- Weekend reliability – one weekend day required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in training experiences and learn new skills.
- Demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities.
- Assist the Manager in all aspects of daily shift management.
- Increase customer satisfaction by improving wash speed, quality, safety, and customer friendliness.
- Increase bottom line revenue by increasing extra-service sales and maintaining acceptable labor percentages and operational costs.
- Develop skills by obtaining full utilization of production procedures, increasing tasks performed per person, and decreasing equipment and chemical problems.
