Car Wash/Lot Attendant (Full Time)
About The Position
Rogers Motors is hiring full-time Car Wash/Lot Attendants at its dealerships in Hermiston, Oregon. The role includes welcoming customers, preparing and washing vehicles, checking that vehicles are clean, maintaining a safe and organized car wash area, vacuuming vehicles as needed, and returning keys to the Service Advisor or Sales Professional. Rogers Motors provides training, mentoring, coaching, and support. Applicants must pass a background check and drug test and have a valid driver's license with an acceptable safe driving record. The position is physically demanding and involves standing for six to eight hours per shift, lifting parts weighing up to 50 pounds several times per shift, driving vehicles, and exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other materials. Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record; applicants must have an acceptable safe driving record.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.

- Hard-working attitude and flexibility to serve customers and the dealership as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.

- Ability to drive vehicles and work around noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and in a friendly manner, following Rogers Way Initial Contact Work Instructions.
- Spray specific vehicle areas with water and soap before the vehicle enters the car wash.
- Wash vehicles by hand.
- Check that each vehicle's exterior is clean after the car wash and address areas that were not cleaned effectively.
- Keep the car wash area clean and free from hazards, and keep facilities and areas used by Service and Car Wash organized for car wash activities.
- Vacuum vehicles as required.
- Deliver keys to the Service Advisor or Sales Professional.
