About The Position

High's CarrollClean Carwash is hiring an entry-level Car Wash Customer Service Representative at its Owings Mills, Maryland location. The role focuses on providing friendly customer service, safely guiding vehicles through the carwash, and supporting daily operations. No previous carwash experience is required; training is provided. The position involves outdoor work in varying weather conditions and physical tasks such as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
Direct vehicles safely into the carwash tunnel and help maintain smooth traffic flow.
Assist with daily carwash operations to support an efficient, positive customer experience.
Keep the carwash property, vacuum stations, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Monitor equipment and promptly report maintenance concerns or operational issues to management.
Follow company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and policies.
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming, customer-focused environment.
