High's CarrollClean Carwash is hiring an entry-level Car Wash Customer Service Representative. No previous carwash experience is required, and training is provided. Team members help deliver a positive customer experience while supporting safe, efficient carwash operations and keeping the property clean, organized, and welcoming. The position involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physical tasks for extended periods. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Direct vehicles safely into the carwash tunnel and help maintain smooth traffic flow.
• Assist with daily carwash operations to support an efficient, positive customer experience.
• Keep the carwash property, vacuum stations, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor equipment and promptly report maintenance concerns or operational issues to management.
• Follow company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a clean, welcoming, customer-focused environment.
