About The Position

We are seeking a Car Wash Attendant to join our team! This fast-paced, service-oriented, and team-focused position is responsible for washing guest's vehicles in a safe, courteous, and efficient manner. A Car Wash Attendant possesses a positive attitude and a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Pass a drug test
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Valid social security card
  • Can not have any DWI charges
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • Provide a 3 year driving record
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Demonstrate a professional appearance and demeanor
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Enjoy practical work
  • An eye for detail
  • Able to cope with the physical demands of the job

Responsibilities

  • Move with a sense of urgency and respond quickly to guest needs
  • Drive car through automatic car wash (verify car is secure and safe to go through automatic car wash - if not secure accordingly or hand wash)
  • Hand and/or brush vehicle exteriors
  • Shine wheels and tires
  • Vacuum interior and trunk carpets
  • Clean and maintain vehicle interiors, including dashboards, consoles
  • Dry the outside of vehicle
  • Clean door trims and hinges
  • Clean windows including windshield inside and out (make sure no streaks)
  • Practice safe driving skills
  • Meet grooming standards; proper uniform attire
  • Report all incidents immediately to supervisor
  • Adherence to corporate policies and procedures
  • Team player - positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
