Car Wash Attendant
About The Position
The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist every customer, fielding customer inquiries, and guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. Additionally, the attendant is responsible for maintaining the condition of the car wash through cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. The position requires reporting to work on time and adhering to the dress and appearance code. The role involves approximately 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic troubleshooting.

- Ability to work in outdoor variable weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Ability to work safely in a moderate to excessively loud noise environment, with hearing protection required.
- Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols, requiring the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hearing, eye, foot, and hand protection.
- Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
