About The Position

Coastal Car Wash, a sister company of Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan, is a state-of-the-art car wash located in Pawleys Island, SC. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Car Wash Attendant who is 18 years or older and available to work weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule. Candidates must not have other daytime duties such as school or another job. Hours will vary weekly, and candidates must be flexible and available to work any hours Monday–Sunday (open Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–8 PM, and Sunday, 9 AM–8 PM). No more than five consecutive workdays. We’re looking for candidates with a team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic. Coastal Car Wash is a family-owned, fun, and fast-paced environment! Requirements

• Must pass a drug test and thorough background check including driving record.
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Able to stand, crouch, and walk for long hours in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented work ethic
• Reliable transportation to work daily.
• Candidates must not have other daytime duties such as school or another job.
• Must be flexible and available to work any hours Monday–Sunday (open Monday–Saturday, 7 AM–8 PM, and Sunday, 9 AM–8 PM).
• No more than five consecutive workdays.

Responsibilities

• Guide cars into the wash area with a focused and friendly demeanor.
• Prep and scrub vehicles as they enter the wash rails.
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and perform them daily as needed.
• Assist with regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure equipment is kept in proper working order.
• Keep the property clean and organized, ensuring all equipment, vacuums, and trash areas are maintained.
• Assist with any tasks as directed by your manager.
• Handle customer concerns politely and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
