About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. This role involves standing at pay stations to assist customers, guiding vehicles into the wash tunnel, and maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the car wash facility through various cleaning tasks. The attendant also performs opening/closing procedures and basic troubleshooting of daily duties. This position requires a strong work ethic, professional attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.
• Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining wash options.
• Assisting every customer at the pay stations.
• Fielding customer inquiries.
• Guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel.
• Upkeeping the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code.
• Opening/Closing Procedures (5%)
• Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties (5%)
