About The Position

Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendants assist with the site’s facility and operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They provide customer service, help customers use the car wash, and maintain equipment and the facility. The position offers professional development and opportunities to advance to management roles. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
