About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps with the facility’s responsibilities and daily operations. The role involves customer service, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, guiding customers onto the conveyor, assisting with equipment maintenance, and maintaining the facility and landscaping. The position offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and pursue professional development and advancement to management roles. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
