About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant supports the site’s facility and operations and serves as a customer-facing member of the team. The role involves providing enthusiastic customer service, enrolling customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, preparing vehicles for the wash tunnel, and helping maintain the equipment and facility. The position offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and pursue professional development and potential advancement to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
