About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps with the site’s facility and operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attendants are customer-facing team members who help customers, prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, and support equipment and facility upkeep. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
