About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps operate and maintain the site’s facility. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, and safely guide vehicles onto the conveyor. They also assist with equipment maintenance and facility upkeep, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing. The role is part of a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
