About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Attendants provide customer service, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, and help maintain the equipment and facility. The position is described as a fun, team-oriented role and an opportunity to learn car wash operations, with professional development and potential career paths to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
