About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps maintain the site facility and support its operations. Attendants provide customer service, assist customers with the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare and guide vehicles through the wash tunnel, help maintain equipment, and care for the facility. The role is outdoors and involves working in all weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods. Tidal Wave describes the position as an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward potential management roles. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
