About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps with the site’s facility and daily operations. Attendants are the public-facing members of the wash team and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role offers an entry point into the car wash industry, with opportunities for professional development and a potential career path to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
