About The Position

Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendants help support the facility and its operations while providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service. They are the customer-facing representatives of the wash and work in a fast-paced, fun, team-oriented environment. The role offers an introduction to the car wash industry, professional development opportunities, and a potential career path to management.

The position is based in Kernersville, North Carolina. Starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with an opportunity to earn weekly commission. Part-time and full-time positions are available, and flexible scheduling is offered. The job requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
