About The Position

Scrubway is preparing to open its doors, and we’re looking for motivated, dependable Car Wash Attendants to join our founding team. We are looking for a thorough, responsible and personable Car Wash Attendant who will provide excellent customer service to our customers. As a Car Wash Attendant, one should possess strong customer service skills and be familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and uphold standards for service quality.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to commute/relocate: Rosharon, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Familiar with the tools and agents used to clean and maintain vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Recommend wash type and unlimited wash club packages to customers.
• Operates wash tunnel.
• Assists in cleaning all sold vehicles from Parkway Chevrolet.
• Assists in moving/parking vehicles and delivering vehicles to correct locations.
• Manages inventory and reorders supplies.
• Responds to client inquiries and fulfills their requests.
