About The Position

We are looking for Dollar/Thrifty Car Wash Attendants who take pride in their work and drive customer satisfaction. In this role, you will help prepare vehicles for customer rentals by cleaning them efficiently, conducting basic vehicle readiness checks, and getting cars ready for customer pickup. The position involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and transporting vehicles throughout the lot.

The hourly rate is $16.00, plus a median incentive of approximately $148 per month, which varies based on job performance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 20 years of age.
• High school diploma or general equivalency diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles to be ready for rent and customer pickup.
• Maintain a fast-paced workflow while meeting Hertz Gold Clean standards, with a target of five rental-ready vehicles per hour.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks, including inspecting dashboard warning lights, tire condition, and fuel and fluid levels.
• Transport vehicles throughout the lot.
