About The Position

The Car Wash Attendant performs the daily operational tasks needed to run the car wash facility and provides excellent customer service. The role involves assisting customers, processing wash payments, directing vehicles into the express wash tunnel, inspecting vehicles, and keeping the facility clean, organized, and safe. Employees may also be asked to perform reasonable tasks beyond those listed, as directed by management. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

Greet customers courteously, explain available wash services, and process wash payments.
Clean and organize the facility and its equipment, including water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, brooms, hand tools, pressure washers, and grease guns.
Assist customers with any part of the car wash process.
Move or direct vehicles into the express wash tunnel, providing clear instructions and confirming customers follow them safely.
Visually inspect vehicles to confirm their condition before they enter the wash area.
Follow company policies and safety procedures while performing daily tasks.
Keep vacuums unclogged, empty trash cans, and hang hoses properly.
Act with urgency and ensure tasks are completed at the appropriate time for customers, the home office, and fellow teammates.
