About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps with the site’s facility and day-to-day operations. Attendants provide customer service, assist vehicles through the wash tunnel, help maintain equipment, and care for the facility. The role is part of a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers opportunities for professional development and advancement to management positions. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
