About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and operations. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel, guide customers onto the conveyor, assist with equipment maintenance, and help maintain the facility. The role is presented as an opportunity to learn car wash operations and grow professionally, including a potential career path to management. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
