Car Wash Attendant
About The Position
As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. You will stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash, field customer inquiries, and guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. This role also involves maintaining the condition of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. You will report to work on time and follow the dress and appearance code. This position requires excellent communication, active listening, and sales/customer service skills. You should be able to anticipate customer needs, recommend wash memberships, and work effectively as a team. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system are necessary, along with a strong work ethic and professional attitude. The job involves 70% customer interaction, 20% site upkeep, 5% opening/closing procedures, and 5% basic/light troubleshooting.

- Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 50lbs.
- Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
- Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.
- Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
