About The Position
A Car Wash Attendant helps manage the facility and its operations at a Tidal Wave Auto Spa location. Attendants provide customer service, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, guide customers safely onto the conveyor, assist with equipment maintenance, and help maintain the facility and its landscaping. The position involves working outdoors and in all weather conditions, and being on your feet for long periods. Requirements
- Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
- Ability to be on your feet for long periods at a time.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
- Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
