About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps maintain the site’s facility and supports its operations. Attendants provide customer service, assist customers through the wash process, and help care for equipment and the facility. The role offers an opportunity to learn how to operate a car wash, develop professionally, and pursue a career path toward management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
