About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps oversee the site’s facility and operations while providing friendly service to customers. Attendants are the public-facing team members at the wash and help customers use its services, prepare vehicles, and keep the facility and equipment in good condition. The role offers an opportunity to learn car wash operations and develop toward management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to remain on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
