About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant supports the facility and its operations in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attendants are customer-facing representatives who help customers and learn how to operate a car wash. Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a required drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
