About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant supports the site’s facility and operations. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, scrub vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, and guide customers safely onto the tunnel conveyor. They also assist with equipment maintenance and facility upkeep, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing. The role offers a team-oriented environment, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth and advancement to management positions.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
