About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant supports the facility and its operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Attendants provide customer service, help customers enroll in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles for the wash tunnel, and assist with equipment maintenance and facility upkeep. The role offers the opportunity to learn car wash operations and pursue professional development and a potential path to management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
