About The Position
A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps maintain the site’s facility and support car wash operations. Attendants provide customer service, assist customers with the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles before they enter the tunnel, guide customers safely onto the conveyor, help maintain equipment, and care for the facility. The role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions and being on your feet for extended periods. Requirements
- Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
- Be able to stay on your feet for long periods.
- Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Complete a drug screen and background check.
- Be at least 16 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
- Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
- Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
- Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
- Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
- Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
