About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps operate and maintain the facility and its equipment while providing friendly, enthusiastic customer service. Attendants enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prepare vehicles before they enter the wash tunnel, and guide customers safely onto the conveyor. The role also includes routine equipment maintenance and facility upkeep, including landscaping and pressure washing. This is an outdoor, team-oriented position that offers opportunities for professional development and advancement into management.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stay on your feet for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
