About The Position

A Tidal Wave Car Wash Attendant helps manage the site’s facility and daily operations. Attendants provide customer service, assist customers through the car wash tunnel, maintain equipment and the facility, and may enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club. The role is part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and offers professional development and potential career paths to management. Part-time and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Be friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Be able to stand for long periods.
• Be willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Complete a drug screen and background check.
• Be at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Scrub vehicles before they enter the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist with regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance and pressure washing.
