Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a smile, guide them through our services, and create a positive, memorable experience.
  • Prepare vehicles for the wash, monitor operations, and ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Direct drivers safely, spot and address potential challenges, and keep everyone feeling secure.
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers and teammates alike, including regular site cleaning tasks.
  • Educate customers on available services, pricing, and special offers. Assist at the pay station, process payments, and help set up accounts.
  • Check truck beds, Push in mirrors, and identify areas our equipment may not reach effectively.
  • Conduct visual inspections, monitor equipment for malfunctions, and activate emergency stops if needed.
  • Assist with periodic maintenance tasks as directed by the Site Leader.
  • Follow company guidelines to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service at all times.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure the facility runs seamlessly.
