About The Position

As a Car Wash Attendant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining the wash options available. You will stand at the pay stations and assist every customer that comes through the wash, field customer inquiries, and guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel. You will also be responsible for the upkeep of the car wash by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the wash bay. This role requires reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code. The duties are broken down as follows: 70% Customer Interaction, 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining), 5% Opening/Closing Procedures, and 5% Basic/Light Troubleshooting of Daily Duties.

Requirements

• Ability to recommend different wash memberships to customers.

• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn a point of sales system.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Must be able to perform this job safely in accordance with standard operating procedures without endangering the health or safety of self or others.
• Must adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and protocols.
• Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment such as, but not limited to hearing, eye, foot, hand protection.
• Capable of performing responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Customer service and some sales experience preferred.
