The Car Wash Assistant Manager functions as the manager in charge when the Site Manager is unavailable. This role is responsible for ordering and stocking vending supplies, providing effective training to new hires, and ensuring the team is proficient in opening/closing checklists and proper loading techniques. The Assistant Manager also trains the team on Fast Pass sales techniques, professionally handles voicemails and emails, and creates effective schedules. A thorough understanding of the Car Wash vacuum system operation, including cleaning it via pressure washing, is required. The role supports the Site Manager during monthly team meetings, assists with on-site Supervisor Courses, and supervises teammates completing PM tasks, assessing the need for further training. The GSR Daily Breakdown must also be completed.
