Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for the management teams and the group admin offices
  • Ensure car sales files are processed accurately and on time
  • Liaise with lenders and product vendors to support dealership operations
  • Answer funding-related questions and provide expert guidance
  • Participate in strategy meetings to improve processes and customer experience
  • Act as the primary contact for assigned Groups, providing expertise in car sales processing, accounting, and compliance
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Communicate weekly, monthly, and annual reports to Groups
  • Lead group calls to review reporting and performance metrics
  • Monitor daily reporting to ensure timely completion and funding of car sales transactions
  • Assist with processing transactions throughout the month
  • Resolve issues related to funding, data entry, and collections
  • Handle branch-specific requests such as auditing files, managing returned vehicles, and scanning documents
  • Partner with Groups and Shared Services to identify trends and resolve problems
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teams and vendors
  • Participate in meetings to share insights and improve customer experience
