About The Position

The Car Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for managing the flow of vehicles on the sales lot, ensuring inventory is accurately logged and presented. This role involves maintaining the appearance of the sales lot, assisting with customer needs, and supporting the sales team with various tasks. The position offers a professional work environment with opportunities for training and advancement.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• At least 20 years of age
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of cars and manage inventory, including checking in new arrivals and updating the fleet computer system.
• Responsible for lot merchandising, ensuring vehicles are ready for sale with correct pricing, buyer's guides, and frame plates.
• Park and align cars to maintain a presentable sales lot.
• Manage the back-overflow lot.
• Shuttle cars to vendors, assist with dealer trades, and pick up customers as needed.
• Assist with maintaining the fuel log and other reports requested by the Location Manager.
• File reports as needed.
