About The Position
EDS Service Solutions partners with major car rental companies across the United States to help keep airport rental operations running smoothly and efficiently. The Car Rental Driver safely moves and organizes rental vehicles at airport and rental-lot locations, supporting customer returns, vehicle washing and maintenance, and customer pickup operations. The role involves working independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment and requires weekend availability. Work is at Indianapolis International Airport in Avon, Indiana. Morning and evening shifts are available, with 8-hour shifts. The position may require working outdoors and walking, standing, and twisting for up to eight hours a day.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 21 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Clean driving record within the past three years.
- Weekend availability.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
- Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift.
- Ability to walk, stand, and twist for up to eight hours a day.
- Ability to drive different-sized cars.
Responsibilities
- Drive rental vehicles safely throughout airport and rental-lot locations.
- Move vehicles between customer return, car wash, maintenance, and ready-line areas.
- Park and organize vehicles for customer pickup.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient flow of vehicles.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
