About The Position

EDS Service Solutions partners with major car rental companies across the United States to support airport rental operations. The Car Rental Driver safely moves rental vehicles throughout airport and rental lot locations, including between customer return, car wash, maintenance, and ready-line areas. The role involves parking and organizing vehicles for customer pickup, following safety procedures and operational guidelines, and helping maintain an efficient flow of vehicles. Drivers work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The position is based at Indianapolis International Airport in Plainfield, Indiana. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with morning and evening shifts and 8-hour shifts available. The work may be outdoors and requires walking, standing, twisting, and frequently entering and exiting vehicles. Drivers must be able to operate different-sized cars.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Clean driving record within the past 3 years.
Weekend availability is required.
Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift.
Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
Ability to walk, stand, and twist for up to 8 hours a day.
Ability to drive different-sized cars.

Nice To Haves

Experience in rideshare, delivery driving, warehouse, or customer service backgrounds is described as a good fit.
