About The Position
EDS Service Solutions partners with major car rental companies across the United States to help airport rental operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Car Rental Driver operates rental vehicles around airport and rental-lot locations, moving and organizing vehicles for customer pickup. The role is based at Indianapolis International Airport in Decatur, Indiana. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with $14.00 per hour pay and 8-hour shifts. Morning and evening shifts are available. The position involves working outdoors and frequently entering and exiting vehicles; workers must be able to walk, stand, and twist for up to eight hours a day and drive different-sized cars. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 21 years old.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Clean driving record within the past three years.
- Weekend availability.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused attitude.
- Ability to frequently enter and exit vehicles throughout the shift.
- Ability to walk, stand, and twist for up to eight hours a day.
- Ability to drive different-sized cars.
Responsibilities
- Drive rental vehicles safely throughout airport and rental-lot locations.
- Move vehicles between customer return, car wash, maintenance, and ready-line areas.
- Park and organize vehicles for customer pickup.
- Follow company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Help maintain organized and efficient vehicle flow.
- Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
